Why am I getting the error message ''License Acquisition or Media User Rights?

Please help us identify the problem by answering the troubleshoot questions below:

 

1. Kindly check if your computer's time/date is correct. Your access will be affected if these settings are changed (wrong month or year).

 

2. Do you have Windows Media Player 11  and Internet Explorer 7 or 8 installed in your computer?

 

3. Does your computer meet our system requirements?


4. Are you logged in using the email address and password you used during subscription?

 

If you still could not access the videos, please send us a ticket with the link of the video you are trying to access or the exact error message you are receive.
